How is your hearing?

So I was over at the RNID doing their phone-up hearing test. (On 08456005555, and my hearing is apparently normal, at least in my left ear). And it was just like all those times when you're phoning home from the pub and it's incredibly hard to hear what anyone's saying. Except I said this to the Plokta cabal, and apparently I'm the only one who does this regularly.
