I haven't done the analysis of first time activity leaders and panellists but I know that it is "some"! Suspect that'll have to wait for post-con... I do know we had a number of enthusiatic first time folk, are using the vast majority of them where we could make their interests match, and are once again running "How to be on a panel" type items.
