Oh, I turned up at that con to be told which room the craft workshop I was taking was. Except I had agreed to said workshop 2 years earlier and never heard a peep since, so I brought no supplies. I think eleyan had a similar experience.
And the sad thing was, I had all the craft materials, I only needed to have been told before hand and I could have chucked them in the car.

And it was the room with The Archers in a room with no radio.

Not good.
