1. What's your favorite cheese? Gjetost
2. How long do you hold onto odd socks before giving up on finding their mate? I have a collection of several hundred.
3. Who was your favorite musical artist when you were 15? Kansas
4. What shape are your fingernails in right now? Short, with encrustations of dried blood under the nails. I am going to bathe when I find the energy, though I'm not allowed to wash my hair until Wednesday.
5. Two scoops: of what? espresso icecream from a grunge icecream parlour in Seattle.
6. What's your earliest memory? My third birthday, when I was given a tiny rocking chair that my daughter sits on when she stays with my parents.
7. When does your pet look funniest? No pet. But Jonathan is currently walking around wearing the satin slippers that Marianne had to be bridesmaid at our wedding.
8. What do you collect? I don't really collect anything.
9. What's better than sex? Life, health.
10. What things are you brand-loyal to? Loads of things. I'm a brand girl really. Apple and Coke stand out though.
11. Favorite Dr. Seuss book? Green Eggs and Ham
12. Best meal you've had lately? Last night we sat outside on our new patio furniture, and ate barbecue as the light was fading. Food was nothing special but ambience was terrific.

15. Where are you going on vacation this year? Went to Minneapolis and Madison at Easter. Am going to the South of France for a week later this year with green_amber and catabolism amongst others.
16. If you could change careers tomorrow with no strings attached, what would you be? I did a career planning test the other day, which told me that my main career drivers are high security, work-life balance, and power. So I can't think of anything more suitable than senior civil servant, really.
17. Whaddya drive? Don't if I can help it. Renault Scenic; and two bikes; a KHS Montana Crest and a Bike Friday Family Tandem.
18. What's your poison? Real Ale.
19. The color of the carpet or the kind of floor in the room you are sitting in right now? Wooden floorboards, with typewriter-text rug from IKEA on top.
20. What's on your walls? In this room? Framed covers of Plokta, and laminated artwork by my kids.
